The Edwards Education Consultant Group, LLC was conceived by it's dynamic and visionary leader, Dr. Carolyn Benion.  She found herself at a crossroads between the ideals presented by higher education institutions and the reality of classroom experiences.   After observing herself and colleagues tirelessly striving to provide quality education for their students, she recognized a common struggle:  both teachers and students faced significant challenges in the learning environment.  

Dr. Benion envisioned a place where educators could confront these real challenges together, sharing strategies, insights, and resources to enhance their teaching skills.  Her goal is to empowe educators to foster a nurturing and holistic environment where all students could thrive, and where teachers would embrace teaching as a fulfilling vocation.  She believed that blending theory with practical application would create a supportive atmonsphere in which both teachers and students could flourish.
